Vienna Boys Choir Blue Gate Performing Arts Center Concert reviews
Seating disaster
Vienna Boys Choir deserved 5 stars and was amazing. The seating was a disaster. Since last October 2026, I purchased the tickets. The venue added more seating which changed all the ticket seat numbers. Ushers were seating people so the wait was all backed up, thank goodness we arrived early. We were pointed to the section we were in and told the seat numbers are wrong but these are your seats. Some of the ushers knew what they were doing some did not. We were in the correct seats. Another usher came up to us with ticket holders and told us we were in the wrong seats during the show. People were still coming in on their own to seats they thought were theirs and arguing with the ones already in their seats when the show started. We had people standing in the row in front of us for the first several songs blocking our view and arguing about seats. At the very least we should have received an email saying be advised your seat numbers may be different than what’s on your ticket please allow extra time.
